I'm an E-RYT-200 & RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, which means I have taught over 1600 hours of yoga classes (over 7 years) and completed 500 (+) hours of study. 

I teach a style of yoga that is accessible to ALL Levels! 

It's truly beginner friendly. 

It's NOT hot, NOT fast, NOT power. 

It is SLOW, GENTLE, MINDFUL, whatever you need it to be each time you practice.  You're encouraged to listen to your body's needs at all times.  Each class will include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Asana (yoga postures) and Savasana (relaxation).  Yoga props and modifications are always available to help make poses more accessible, comfortable and safe.  

We create a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE together, honoring ourselves as we are.

Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice that supports physical, psychological and spiritual healing; a yogic practice that generates a sense of ease within.  

Picture yourself comfortably lying on a yoga mat in a room gently scented with essential oils and soft soothing music playing.  You're supported by a blanket under your head, perhaps another covering you, and, if you're comfortable w/ it, a lavender scented eye pillow on your eye lids to elicit deep relaxation. 

You choose a Sankalpa, an intention; something you wish to create in your life in the near future.  Then, you simply listen as I guide you to sense your body and visualize images.  You drift in and out of consciousness.  Before you know it, the session is over and you feel deeply relaxed and calm, a sense of mental and emotional health and vitality and a clarity of mind.

The yoga I teach promotes proper alignment of the body while practicing the postures (asanas) in order to receive maximum benefit and keep you safe from injury.  The postures stretch, strengthen, energize and relax the body and mind in every class. Students are encouraged to stay within their pain-free range of motion and to move at their own pace.  Modifications are available for all postures and props can be used to assist as well.    

It is never too late or too early to begin practicing yoga.
