 Alignment based yoga promotes and focuses on proper alignment of the body while practicing the postures (asanas) in order to receive maximum benefit and keep you safe from injury.  The postures stretch, strengthen, energize and relax the body and mind in every class.  Students are encouraged to stay within their pain-free range of motion and to move at their own pace.  Modifications are available for all postures and props are used to assist as well.    

It is never too late or too early to begin practicing yoga.  

 

  • I am an RYT500; Registered Yoga Teacher
    • which means I've completed at least 500 hours of study 
  • Registered w/ the Yoga Alliance
  • Certified by Etowah Valley Yoga.  
  • I'm committed to being a life-long learner.  
  • I'm always studying various aspects of yoga!
