I teach a form of Hatha (physical) Yoga which combines elements of Alignment Based Yoga and Restorative Yoga Practices. Asana (poses) are typically practiced one at a time and are taught with detailed instruction to receive the most benefit and to prevent injury.  Various yoga props are used to modify postures, making it truly accessible to all levels of students.
