I teach a form of Hatha (physical) - Alignment Based Yoga.  Poses are typically practiced one at a time and are taught with detailed instruction to receive the most benefit and prevent injury.  Props are used to modify postures, making it truly is accessible to all levels of students.  

My training includes 500 hours of Yoga instruction and I'm a Level 1 Somatics Instructor.  Both modalities are wonderful for keeping the body and mind healthy and balanced.
